Advanced Loan Monitoring: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The course features real-life case studies to provide participants with a deeper understanding of how loan monitoring supports the essential component of any lender’s management protocols when financing construction projects. While not a prerequisite, the ideal participant will have some Loan Monitoring experience or have taken either of the basic CACQS Loan Monitoring courses. Specific focus will be given to real world project examples, problem solving exercises and option analysis for common issues that could potentially arise on the construction projects and their financing. After taking this course, participants will have gained additional critical analysis skills and tools to help in their decision making processes as they manage an ever more complex lending environment.
