The CACQS Loan Monitoring Course is a 4-session, 16-hour certificate program, designed to provide practicing QS professionals with a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver professional Loan Monitoring services. The participant will become familiar with the principles required of the Loan Monitor along with the necessary and optimal steps required to complete a professional monitoring report that will meet or exceed industry standards.
Participants will also be introduced to various metrics and trend analysis opportunities which lead to a greater level of reporting normally required of a Payment Certifier, a level above a Loan Monitor. Ultimately, these skills can be built upon to gain proficiency up to that of an Independent Certifier; the highest tier of project monitoring performed by a professional Quantity Surveyor.
Pricing is $695 for CACQS member firms, and $995 for non-members.
The certificate course features four 4-hour online sessions, 12 noon to 4 pm ET on successive Thursdays commencing April 30th through to May 21st.
