Loan Monitoring for Commercial Real Estate Lenders
This eight-hour online certificate course is for commercial real estate lenders who wish to expand their effectiveness and better utilize the professional loan monitoring services that are available in the construction sector. The certificate program is offered in four 2-hour modules starting Wednesday November 12th, 1-3pm Eastern Time (ET), and continuing for successive Wednesdays at the same time until December 3rd.
The course is designed to prepare Commercial Real Estate lenders to successfully access, task and navigate the intricacies of Construction Loans and the Loan Monitoring services offered by Professional Quantity Surveyors. The program will provide instruction to Commercial Lenders on how to work with their Professional Quantity Surveyors to better assess the risk of their construction project(s) and the associated construction loan(s).
