CACQS

Art Maw, President of Hanscomb Ltd. and Bruce van Ryn-Bocking, Executive Director of the CACQS recently represented the Association at the Federal Real Property Advisory Committee (FIRPAC) and were successful in obtaining a membership for the CACQS on the committee.

FIRPAC meets three times a year and has representatives from industries active in providing services to the federal Government, as well as representatives from a number of federal departments. The Committee provides a forum for the public and private sector to discuss issues pertaining to the planning and management of Federal Real Properties including the disciplines of planning, design, architecture, engineering, heritage conservation, landscape architecture, and construction.

We’re looking forward to speaking on behalf of our member firms on issues pertinent to the work they do in the federal jurisdiction.
