CACQS

On July 31st, the members of the Ontario Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors met for the last time, and voted to change their bylaws and become a national organization. The new organization will be called the Canadian Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors. Four of the founding members already have offices across Canada, while the others have offices in Ontario. The first priorities of the CACQS will be twofold:

1. Develop an advocacy program that builds awareness of the value added by consulting QS firms; and
2. Increase membership in the organization across Canada.
