Linn Marron-Marshall, SRN, PQS (F), MRICS

Linn is the president and founder of Marshall & Murray Inc. and has over 39 years of experience in cost consulting. As a Professional Quantity Surveyor, Linn’s strengths lie in all facets of the preparation and execution of cost estimates for Major Redevelopment projects related to large regional acute care hospitals, and other healthcare projects throughout Ontario, and Canada. Linn has successfully worked with owners, design teams, and various governing bodies including MoHLTC, Infrastructure Ontario, Institutional Health Group and Capital and Technical Services, and the Health Reform Implementation Team. It is Linn’s success and experience in this capacity that helps distinguish Marshall & Murray.

Linn is active academically in the community, and professionally. She has participated in various boards in various roles including past president of both the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors (OIQS) and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as well as being a current member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors (CACQS).
