Glenn Hultzer, B.Sc. (QS), MRICS, PQS

Glenn Hultzer is the President of the CACQS/ACCEC and the President of A.W. Hooker Associates, with over 30+ years of construction cost consulting experience as a professional Quantity Surveyor (11+ years in Canada). Glenn’s experience includes working throughout the full life cycle of construction projects from inception to completion, covering all commercial aspects of a construction project. Glenn has specialized within cost planning; loan monitoring; dispute resolution; procurement advisory; contract preparation; commercial advisory and has experience in project management skills on a range of project types, including complex large-scale infrastructural projects. Glenn’s philosophy is to keep an eye on all commercial aspects, even while working on isolated scopes of a project.

Glenn’s international experience includes working in South Africa, United States of America, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Glenn has a four year B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying and is professionally registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as well the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
