Lakeland Consulting Inc. was formed in 2007 by Arif Ghaffur and since its beginnings in a local law practice, the firm has become a pre-eminent Canadian supplier of the internationally recognized ethos of Commercial Management with a particular focus on business improvement, contract management and dispute resolution. An impressive growth trajectory has seen the business gain referrals and repeat business.

Lakeland continues to increase its customer base that ranges from Owners, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Lawyers, Insurers and other Industry Professionals. In parallel, Lakeland has been at the forefront of bringing together professional bodies to review and debate topical issues in construction and project management with the implementation of a successful cross Canada initiative.

Lakeland is committed to expounding the model for Commercial Management which assists customers during the opportunity realization, pre contract, execution and project close out phases such that revenue is maximized and costs reduced within the confines of the contractual obligations assumed by the parties on engineering and construction projects.
