Atrium Cost Consultants is the newest member of the CACQS.

Atrium Consultants is a division of Atrium Construction Ltd. which was originally formed in 1988 as a Project Management and contracting business. Ten years later Atrium changed its focus to the consulting side of the industry.

Atrium Consultants has developed into a consortium of construction cost professionals specializing in providing accurate cost planning from conceptual design to tender documents on all types of construction projects.

Atrium can also provide full cost control services or full project management services through to final completion with the added benefit of value engineering through the design and construction process.

With Atrium Consultants, clients get the best of both worlds with full competency in the consulting field combined with in depth experience and proficiency in contracting and development from a builder’s perspective.
