Mark Liedemann of Partnerships BC and John McKendrick of Infrastructure Ontario presented the challenges that their respective agencies face over the coming years. Following their presentations, a panel of senior Quantity Surveyors from the CACQS/ACCEC discussed how best to meet those challenges.
