Toronto, 18th of July, 2016 – Louis yves LeBEAU, Eng., M.Eng., PQS, Founding President of MACOGEP, was elected to chair the Canadian Association of Consulting Quantity Surveyors (CACQS). The other members of the 2016-2017 Executive Committee are Arif Ghaffur from the firm Lakeland Consulting, as Vice-President, Joe Pendlebury from Rider Levett Bucknall, as Treasurer, and Donny Afonso from Pelican Woodcliff, as Secretary.
